Neighborhood Development is responsible for administering housing rehabilitation programs, homeownership programs, and providing assistance to neighborhood and community service organizations.

Rockford Area Association of Realtors
RAAR represents every real estate office and Realtor in Winnebago, Boone and Ogle Counites. RAAR has every listing that is available in this area.

Community Services Block Grant Housing Programs
The Human Services Department offers numerous programs to assist homeowners.
