Beginning May 1st, the City of Rockford will be accepting Pre-Applications for eligible homeowners for the Home Repair and Accessibility Program.
To qualify, you or someone living in your home must be either elderly (62 years of age of older) or a person with a physical and/or mental impairment, which substantially limits one or more of major life activities such as caring for one’s self, bending, or performing manual tasks.
