The City of Rockford (City) will hold two (2) public hearings as follows: Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 11:00 am at Katie’s Cup located at 502 7th St, Rockford, IL 61104, and 5:30 pm at City Council Chambers located on the 2nd floor of City Hall located at 425 E State St, Rockford, IL 61104. The City will present information found in our 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), as well as Substantial Amendments the City will be making to our 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and 2025 Annual Action plan.
