We just launched a new online portal for permitting and service requests on our website. Service requests include reporting potholes, weeds, problem properties and tree issues, as well as many other complaints. This new portal streamlines the application process. It also allows residents to schedule inspections, make a one-time payment and look up records. If you created an account with our old system, you will receive an email with instructions on accessing your account in the new portal.
