1. Who do I contact to cancel garbage service?: Contact Customer Service at 779-348-7300.

2. How do I found out who collects garbage and how do I pay my bill?: Properties in Rockford are serviced by Rock River Disposal Services, Inc. When you contact Water Customer Service to set up your account, you will automatically be set up for garbage service. You will be billed for garbage removal on your water bill each month. If you have any problems or questions regarding your garbage service, call Rock River Disposal Services, Inc. at 965-CITY (965-2489).

3. What services are included in my garbage service?: The City contracts with Rock River Disposal for a variety of services.
