Mechanical & Plumbing Permits

Mechanical permits are required to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert or replace mechanical systems, equipment or appliances used to provide control of environmental conditions including heating, ventilating, exhaust, cooling, or the storage or conveying of fuel associated with such systems.

Plumbing permits are required to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert or replace plumbing systems, equipment, appliances or fixtures.
