BUSINESSFirst is part of the City of Rockford’s business development programming, helping entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life.  At a 30-minute BUSINESSFirst session you will meet with all stakeholders to explain regulations for starting your business in Rockford.  The session will include representations from the City of Rockford (Economic Development,  Building & Construction, and Planning & Zoning), the Winnebago County Health Department, Four Rivers Sanitation Authority, and the Small Business Development Center to walk through your project and provide you with the information you need to know to get your business up and running while answering all of your questions. BUSINESS FIRST operates as a one-stop-shop for entrepreneurs seeking to start their business in Rockford, IL.
