MISSION STATEMENT
Our goal in Public Works is to be customer-driven to provide excellent service to benefit the public by maintaining and improving the City ROW infrastructure for the benefit of all who use it. Public Works strives to manage this system with the best quality of service.
The Public Works Department manages a wide range of responsibilities throughout the City of Rockford. The department is comprised of three divisions that assist in the maintenance and enhancement of the City infrastructure.
