Hiring Process
General Applicant Information
Applications are accepted only for positions that are currently posted. Incomplete applications and resumes lacking sufficient evidence of qualifications and other necessary information may not be accepted. For a list of currently posted positions, please visit the Employment / Job Postings page.
Applications and resumes must be received no later than 11:59 pm. CST by the deadline listed on the job posting. For further information on how to submit your application and resume, visit the Employment / Job Postings page. A new application must be submitted each time you wish to apply for a posted position, even if it is a position for which you previously applied.
Be sure to read our employment application very carefully. Answer all questions, even if submitting a resume with your application. Applications must be completed in their entirety to be considered for employment.
Selection
After the closing date for a posting. Human Resources will screen all applications for minimum qualifications. Qualified applicants will be reviewed with the department hiring manager. All applications are thoroughly reviewed and considered based on overall experience and qualifications. Not all applicants meeting the minimum qualifications will be selected for consideration. Candidates whose qualifications appear to best meet the department's needs will be contacted. All candidates must pass any required testing to move forward in the selection process. Testing and interviews will take place between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. Monday through Friday. This process may take from 2 to 4 weeks.

Thorough reference checks are completed on all final applicants prior to receiving an offer of employment. Additional background checks and drug screenings on final candidates are required for all positions prior to confirming an offer of employment.
