Region 1 Land Bank
The City of Rockford has partnered with the Region 1 Planning Council, Winnebago County, and several other local municipalities in maintaining a Land Bank for Winnebago County. The Land Bank contains parcels which have been taken by the County and are being sold in a bidding process to members of the public.
