The Rental / Short-Term Rental Registry was established to support the goals of the Residential Quality Support Ordinance (PDF) and the Short-Term Rental Ordinance (PDF). The ordinances were crafted to help reduce chronic nuisance activity at residential rental and short-term rental properties through better communication between the City of Rockford and landlords.
